Called Resort and confirmed that Gary could not connect with his laptop in room 245 because of low/inconsistent signal.
I am on my way to site.

Signal is strong and internet accessible from near doorway and hallway requested access to room 247 when guest checks out.
Moved guest to room 365 where signal is strong.

Checked signal in room 247 and confirmed medium/low signal away from door although internet works.
Recommend additional AP on this floor to cover this area when the signal drops off.

Left site 3:15 after informing on duty Front desk manager of the situation and recommend temporary relocation of guest requiring internet until this ticket is resolved.

Vendor installed new AP on second floor in closet beside lift. I confirmed coverage is good in all areas in room 245 and 247.
Have documented this AP on visio.
